The Palm Monorail and Gateway to Atlantis

The Palm Monorail is a cutting-edge transit system that serves as the gateway to the famed Atlantis resort on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE. It is a fully automated, driverless monorail system that operates on a single track and enables quick access to the Atlantis resort from the mainland. The Palm Monorail is 5.4 kilometers (3.4 miles) long and includes six stations, including the Gateway station at the Atlantis resorts entrance. The remaining five stations are positioned at various positions along the Palm Jumeirah trunk, offering access to the islands residential and commercial developments.
