Sheikh Za Grand Mosque
The magnificent Sheikh Za Grand Mosque is one of the largest mosques in the world. It blends architectural styles from several Muslim civilisations. British, Italian, and Emirati architects designed the mosque, drawing design inspiration from Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, and Egypt, among other Islamic countries. It also has the worldrsquo;s largest carpet and seven astounding chandeliers.
Louvre Abu Dhabi
The Louvre is the first art museum of its kind in the United Arab Emirates. Located on the Saadiyat Island in the capital city, this cultural landmark is a part of the Saadiyat Cultural District. It emphasises on the preservation and appreciation of culture. One of the most striking features of the structure is a mive silvery dome, that seems weightless but weighs 7,500 tonnes. The design of the stars on the dome allows the sunlight to filter through the perforations, like a ldquo;rain of lightrdquo;. Al Ain Oasis
