INCLUSIONS:

• Pick up amp; Drop off (Sharing Basis) from any Hotel/ Residence/ Location within Dubai city. Private vehicles within Dubai can be booked for an extra cost of AED 400 per vehicle. Pickup from other Emirates, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali will be charged extra depending on the location.
• 40 60 minutes balloon ride depending on weather conditions.
• Tea / Coffee at the take off location.
• Inflight Falcon show.
• TOTAL DURATION: 3,4 Hours (Pick up to Drop off)
  
  

Mandatory docs required for booking:

• Pport Copy/ EID/ Any Government ID (Without any valid IDguests are not allowed to fly).
• GuestDetails Required:
• Name, Age, Weight, Hotel Name, Location, Contact No, Room No, Email address.

ANCELLATION amp; RESCHEDULING POLICY

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any time due to weather or safety concerns.
If the tour operator cancels the tour, customers will be enled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule their tour, they must provide at least 24 hours notice (6 AM is our standard takeoff time). If they fail to do so, they will forfeit their payment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling above 9Persons must be done 5 days prior to the tour date
otherwise it will be nonrefundable.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be done via email.
All gift cards and voucher sales are final and nonrefundable.

PASSENGERS NOT ALLOWED TO FLY

Child less than 5 years.
Adults more than 80 years old.
Pregnant Ladies.
Serious Heart problem / serious knee amp; back pain.
Anyone who had a major surgery within the last 6 months.
Due to current guidelines, guests with high risk medical conditions, chronic diseases, and respiratory illnesses will not be able to join our tour.
Physical or Mental disabilities.
